• All orders will be dispatched once full payment is received.
• Tracking number will be provided within 48 hours of dispatch.
• It is customer's responsibility to ensure address is correct and in serviceable areas by major courier services.
• It is customers responsibility to collect courier from courier office in case of delivery at door is not possible.
• For International Orders - It is customer's responsibility to pay and clear local customs in case of order is held at customs. 

Refund & Return Policy

We ensure that you receive ensemble as you have ordered. We only exchange.

In an unlikely event that ensemble received from us is not received in good condition or delivered ensemble is different from what you had ordered, we request you to return the ensemble in same condition. We will take corrective actions and re-send you the ensemble.

For International Returns - Cost of logistics and any applicable import duties will be borne by customer.
